We take a proactive approach for our patients in verifying benefits, obtaining prior authorizations, and exploring alternative forms of financing. Our department works diligently on handling all accounts receivable in sustaining expedient claims processing, which then reflects a quick turnaround time. Success is achieved through constant communication with therapists, physicians, medical professionals, care staff, patients, and families.
The mission of our Front Desk / Receptionist area is to provide a thorough explanation of services available while working closely with physicians’ offices to obtain orders for treatment. Patient screens are performed and evaluations, if appropriate, are then scheduled to accommodate school / activity / work schedules. Constant communication with the Billing Department and therapists enables patients, families, caretakers, and staff to achieve success before, during and after their Unified Therapy Services experience.
The mission of our Rehab Assistants is to assist, encourage, and support therapists and patients to ensure therapy sessions are successful. We strive to do our best to help in therapy sessions, and to make sure the facility is kept cleaned throughout the day for the safety of our patients, staff, and visitors.
