Free Screenings

We provide free screenings, pre-authorizations, and insurance verifications for all of our patients.  This begins with a phone call from the patient or parent/caregiver inquiring about our services. Our receptionist will complete a referral intake form, which includes demographic and insurance information.  The screening is scheduled for approximately 40 minutes depending on the questions of the parents/caregivers or patients. 

At the time of the screening, prospective patients will meet with one of our therapists to address any concerns that the parents or patients have.  Prospective patients will also receive a one-on-one meeting with our billing specialists to review their insurance benefits and coverage prior to receiving any billed services.  This is a courtesy for the patients/parents so they know up front what their insurance will or will not cover.
